Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 August 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EasyDub website and tools (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

EasyDub provides free, browser-based audio and video tools that run on your own device, and (soon) an AI video translation and dubbing service. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the content you process with the Service and must have the rights to do so. You agree not to use the Service to infringe others' rights, to process unlawful content, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its infrastructure.

Your content

You retain all rights to your files. Because the free tools run entirely in your browser, we do not receive or store the files you process with them. For any service that does process files on our infrastructure, we use them only to provide that service to you.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your requirements. Always keep backups of your original files.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyDub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
